We use these principles to evaluate services and solutions for customer's business transformation.As the Functional Consultant for Sales & Distribution within the Enterprise Application Services Delivery Team, you will be part of a high-performance team chartered to deliver full lifecycle enterprise SAP solutions. In this role, you will be part of a global SAP project delivery team. Your role will be to identify, design, build, test and deploy high quality SAP solutions for STL Digital's customer's complex business needs in the areas of Sales & Distribution, perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.- Design, customize, configure and testing of SD.- Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.- Document functional designs, test cases and results.- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.- Configuration of SAP Enterprise structure, Defining organizational elements like Sales Organizations, Distribution Channels, Divisions, Sales Office, and their assignments.- Preparing Functional Specifications for various custom reports, enhancements, Forms, and interfaces.- Performed unit testing, integration testing and regression testing of new developments.- Coordinating with business users for UAT and for transport movement to the Production system.- Set up & monitor background jobs-process chains and analyze.- Handson experience on MRP, BOM,ROS Capacity Planning.- Handson experience in Sales and Operations planning (S&OP), Long-Term Planning (LTP), Data Management (DM), Master Production Schedule/Material Requirements Planning (MPS/MRP), Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP), Shop Floor Control and information systems.- Quality Planning, Inspection, Control, Certificates, Notifications and Test Equipment Management- Should have Handled Master inspection Characteristics, VArious Inspection Methods, Quality Clearance, Quality Info Record and other QM Features.- Integration with MES, S&Op Platforms, Production Material Characteristic Design Tool, LMS System, etc.- Working knowledge of BAPI, BADI, USER EXITS related to SD & MM Module.- Extended knowledge and experience on RICEF, DEBUG/ABAP- Integration knowledge with other modules, especially SAP MM and SAP FI/CO.EDI - IDOC's & ALE :- Implementation & Support : Std + Enhancements - Integration with : SAP products - APO - IBP - GTS - ARIBA, etc.- Integration with : 3rd Party legacy System - WH Mgt Systems - SalesForce / CRM - any others- Work on CDS views (Master data and Transactional) for S/4HANA Embedded Operational Analytics.- Works with their team, project managers to plan, execute, test, pilot and rollout solutions and tools- Identifies & builds project teams via matrix support organizations to ensure appropriate skills & experience are represented for success.- Monitors project progress & status to ensure quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.- Ensures compliance with standards, processes & best practices as established.- Collaborates with peers to create roadmaps & plans.- Demonstrates solutions to internal stakeholders and clients from C-level to end user with a focus on Financial and Controlling- Facilitate discovery sessions, design workshops (Explore), assessments, planning sessions for projects.- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management (ref:hirist.tech)
