Job Description :You will work with teams on activities such as the following :- Contribute to the growth and development of organization's Lab Informatics offerings- Drive enterprise level architecture for the laboratories spread across multiple regions- Identify the technical and process gaps in the current system and their mitigation to improve lab efficiency- Help clients innovate and transform their current business models and customer experiences, to create sustaining competitive advantage, that leverage emerging digital technologies- With emerging technologies create Point of View which will help the clients to achieve Lab of Future goals- Help on the system integrations eg. Plant control systems, ERP, PLM, APS, and MES- Good understanding of the ISA 95 Stack- Drive workshops for requirements gathering- Expertise required in Sample management, Batch/Lot Management, Inventory management, Standards & reagents, LIMS Master data (Product Specifications and Method), Instrument management, Lab execution system and Scientific data management system- Installation, Development, configuration of LIMS systems (eg: StarLIMS, LabWare, LabVantage etc.)- Experience on report development, label development, and master data build along with complex calculations- Drive Validation strategy, create and execute validation scripts with exposure to test centers like HP ALM or equivalent- Lead and guide the multi-site implementation, prepare for go-live plan/ checklists and lead cutover activities- Support development of client proposals (RFP, RFI) and participate in Client orals on Lab informatics solutionsQualifications :- A minimum of Batchelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience in Life Sciences domain- Strong academic track record- In touch with industry 4.0 trends, with emerging digital supply networks and exponential technologies, with industry automation tools and where the market and technology are pointing- Exposure to the Lab informatics solutions e.g. LIMS, ELN, SDMS- Ability to work independently as well as in teams- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement.
