Description:
Skills: - Implementation knowledge on Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) for user provisioning, role publishing, and role-based access control. - Good understanding of Identity lifecycle management, Entitlement management, Support for access requests, Workflow orchestration, Access certification/Attestation, Automated connectors and service tickets, Analytics, and reporting on IGA Suites. Responsibilities: - Implement Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) solutions for user provisioning, role publishing, and role-based access control according to project requirements. - Configure and customize OIG to support Identity lifecycle management, Entitlement management, and other related functionalities.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. - Provide technical expertise and guidance in OIG implementation, configuration, and customization. - Support access requests, workflow orchestration, access certification/attestation, and automated connectors and service tickets within OIG. - Develop and maintain documentation related to OIG implementation, configurations, and processes. - Conduct testing and validation of OIG solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security. - Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Monitor and analyze OIG performance, security, and compliance metrics. - Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users as required. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5 - 10 years of experience in implementing Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) solutions. - Proficiency in OIG functionalities including user provisioning, role-based access control, and access certification/attestation. - Strong understanding of Identity lifecycle management, Entitlement management, Workflow orchestration, and other related concepts. - Experience with OIG connectors, service tickets, analytics, and reporting capabilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
