About the job :We are seeking a Salesforce Gen AI Developer/Architect who will be responsible for implementing Gen AI POCs (Proofs of Concept) in collaboration with our Chief Architect. You will leverage your Salesforce expertise to build Gen AI Prompts on both Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with the Chief Architect to design and implement Gen AI POCs.- Develop and deploy Gen AI Prompts on Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.- Leverage existing permission sets of Unlimited Edition to Build specific sales and service summaries.- Lead the design and development of GEN AI solutions, including Einstein AI models, Co-Pilot configurations, and Gen AI Prompt Builder implementations.- Define and articulate the differences between Salesforce Einstein 1 AI, Co-Pilot, and Prompt Builder functionalities to stakeholders and project teams.- Develop custom AI Prompts leveraging GEN AI capabilities to enhance customer service and sales processes.- Architect scalable and efficient solutions using Salesforce platform tools and technologies.- Provide expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) to customize and extend AI functionalities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GEN AI solutions with existing Salesforce workflows and permission sets.Required Skills and Qualifications :- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of architecting and implementing complex solutions.- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI and GEN AI technologies.- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development languages and frameworks (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs leveraging GEN AI capabilities- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows.- Strong functional experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and/or FSL (Field Service Lightning) is a plus.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to delivering solutions.- Ability to work independently and reliably, meeting deadlines consistently.- Proficient in using Slack or similar tools for communication and collaboration.Certifications and Qualifications :- Strong GenAI Trailhead badges and any relevant Gen AI certifications are preferred.- Salesforce certifications related to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud are highly desirable.
