Description:

Overall Responsibilities :- Act as a Scrum Master with a background in Java-J2EE development, facilitating the Scrum team and ensuring the removal of impediments to achieve sprint goals and deliverables.- Conduct and facilitate stand-ups, agile/scrum ceremonies, decision-making processes, and conflict resolution within the team.- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships by consistently delivering value and fostering collaboration.- Collaborate with product owners and the delivery team to establish and maintain a consistent and healthy pace of work, manage priorities, remove blockers and impediments, and identify and address inter-dependencies.- Assist with internal and external communication as needed to ensure transparency and alignment.Skills & Experience :- Proficiency in Java and J2EE development, with knowledge of CICD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) processes.- Strong understanding of Agile delivery processes and methodologies, with experience managing the exchange of information between team members.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.- Extensive experience in writing effective user stories with associated acceptance criteria.- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
