Roles & Responsibilities :- The candidate must have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations- It is desirable for the candidate to hold certifications such as PMP, Prince 2, or Six Sigma, demonstrating their proficiency in project management methodologies.- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, coupled with a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Project Management, is required.- Experience in managing digital technology projects and proficiency in MS Project are essential.- The candidate must possess excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels throughout the project lifecycle.- Strong service skills are necessary for managing relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and delivering value-added solutions.- Certifications such as Yellow Six Sigma and ITIL Service Desk Management are desirable, showcasing the candidate's commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.- It is beneficial for the candidate to have at least 5 years of experience in managing an ITIL service desk, further enhancing their understanding of IT service management best practices.
