From our Loopers (employees) to our Loopio Champions (customers), we aim to empower all of the people in Loopio's ecosystem to focus on winning, growth, differentiation, autonomy, mastery, purpose, and more of the things that matter!Job Description :Function : Technical Management - Product ManagementProduct Management/Enterprise Software/Agile/UX Design/Product Lifecycle ManagementResponsibilities :- Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative research and data-driven experiments to prioritize the product roadmap for Search.- Work alongside our UX Design, Customer Experience, and Sales to gather insights about current and prospective customer pains to deliver the most value to our customers through automation.- Work closely with our Software Engineering teams to incorporate technical feedback early and often.- Drive a lean and agile development process; define meaningful sprint cycles, and run constant data-driven experiments.- Collaborate with our Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to gather information about current and prospective customer pains; keep the product roadmap lines of communication open.- Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to identify customer problems and opportunities; use your insights to guide the product to where it will be positioned to stand out from competitors.- Define and own the measurable success metrics for each of your initiatives; drive product development against those metrics.Requirements :- 5+ years of work experience in product management, shipping successful products in the Enterprise space.- Experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment is nice to have.- 3+ years working in a lean and agile product development environment; you can validate concepts bring features to market quickly, and iterate intelligently based on customer feedback.- Experience with design thinking and user-centric design; you know how to take an empathetic approach to learn about your customers' goals and pain points and discover new product opportunities.- Eyes on the road ahead; you're a strategic thinker with the ability to align short-term objectives against a long-term roadmap.- An engaging speaker and a persuasive writer; you can communicate complex ideas with simplicity, and can rally people behind your vision.- Solid technical understanding and experience in software development; you don't write code, but you are comfortable discussing technical product details with engineers and you know the right questions to ask.- An obsession with learning; you've read the books, taken courses, and are hungry for the latest research about what it takes to develop and maintain a world-class B2B SaaS platform.
