Ideal Candidate Profile:- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.- Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST).- Hands-on experience with deployment, including CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud functionalities.- Minimum 2 years of experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.Role & Responsibilities:Application Design and Development:- Design, develop, and implement custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.- Utilize expertise in Salesforce development tools to build scalable and efficient solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.Requirement Gathering and Analysis:- Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce admins, and project managers to gather and analyze requirements.- Ensure developed solutions align with business goals and meet stakeholder expectations.Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Development:- Develop and maintain Sales Cloud functionalities, leveraging features such as custom objects, fields, and workflows.- Implement Service Cloud functionalities, including customization of the console, building custom components, and integrating with external systems.Workflow Automation:- Configure workflows, automation rules, and business logic to automate processes and improve efficiency in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Code Quality and Testing:- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Salesforce best practices.- Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.Support and Maintenance:- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.- Collaborate with the support team to address user inquiries and ensure smooth system operations.
