Job Title : AI ExpertRemote7pm IST to 4am IST (US SHIFT)Position Overview : The AI Expert will be responsible for leading and contributing to cutting-edge projects in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related fields. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging problems, develop innovative solutions, and make a significant impact in areas Job Description :- Research and Development : Conduct research to advance the field of artificial intelligence, including developing new algorithms, models, and techniques to solve complex problems.- Algorithm Development : Design, implement, and optimize algorithms and models for machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and other AI applications.- Data Analysis : Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns, and preprocess data for training machine learning models.- Model Training and Evaluation : Train, validate, and optimize machine learning models using various techniques such as cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning, and regularization.- Software Development : Develop software applications and tools for AI-related tasks, including data preprocessing, model training, deployment, and monitoring.- Deployment and Integration : Deploy AI models into production environments and integrate them with existing systems and workflows.- Performance Optimization : Optimize the performance of AI systems in terms of speed, scalability, accuracy, and resource utilization.- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders to develop AI solutions that meet business requirements.- Problem Solving : Identify and tackle challenging problems in various domains such as healthcare, finance, cybersecurity, autonomous vehicles, and more using AI techniques.- Stay Updated : Keep abreast of the latest developments, trends, and breakthroughs in artificial intelligence by reading research papers, attending conferences, and participating in online communities.- Ethical Considerations : Consider ethical implications and potential biases in AI systems, and ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI development and deployment.- Documentation and Reporting : Document research findings, methodologies, and experimental results in technical reports, papers, and presentations.- Mentoring and Training : Mentor junior AI researchers and engineers, and provide training and guidance on AI concepts, tools, and techniques.Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.- Strong theoretical foundation in mathematics, statistics, and computer science.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or R.- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and other AI techniques.- Experience with data analysis, feature engineering, and data visualization.- Familiarity with software development practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.- Creativity and innovation in approaching AI challenges.- Ethical awareness and commitment to responsible AI practices.Simplia Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
