JOB DESCRIPTION : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and successfully completing projects within the allotted timeline. This role demands strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various departments.RESPONSIBILITIES : Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and dependenciesPlan, execute, and manage end-to-end projects, adhering to established timelines and budgetsDevelop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management Ensure resource availability and allocationLead and coordinate resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheldIdentify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain project momentum and qualityCoordinate with client, team and business analyst to make sure that the documents are ready and approved on timeMonitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverablesIdentify and minimize project risks throughout its life cyclePrepare performance reports to measure collective and individual performanceREQUIREMENTS : A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite, while a Master's degree is highly regarded.Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of project management experience.3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Gantt chart, etc.Experience in the E-commerce, BFSI and/or IT industry is preferred.Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.Good communication skills, both oral and written! You are able to not only understand complex technologies but also to explain to others in clear and simple terms.
