Qualifications, Experience and Competency Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering/ computer science.Experience Essential:- 10-15 years experience with a 3+ years experience with Cloud Platforms and Services such as AWS, GCP, Azure, etc and 3+ years experience with on-prem infra. management including VDI (virtual desktop interfaces) - 2+ years experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL)- Experience in API gateway and API security.- Thorough understanding of relational databases, SQL and web services- Strong hands-on ability to coach team leads and developers in automation design- Excellent knowledge RPA architecture pertaining to on-prem and cloud services- 5+ years of experience in supporting critical production operation from infra. perspective (on-prem or cloud)- Experience in any of the scripting languages - Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple disciplines.- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload include Production Support- Good experience working in IT Service management tool, e.g. ServiceNow- Display patience in difficult situations and drive for customer delight in every action- Strong people-to-people skills and oral communication skills. Desirable: - Experience with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere or BluePrism- Expertise in process and technical design documents in the automation space- Strong expertise in application development using APIs such as REST and SOAP APIs- Familiar with Agile and DevOps methodologies- Exposure to Cognitive / AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP)Specific Skill Requirement :Cloud platforms - AWS / Azure / GCPOn-prem - VDI, network (basic)Database - Microsoft SQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle DB / MongoDBAdditional skill - AI / Machine Learning / Natural Language Processing (NLP), web servicesRPA platform - BluePrism / Automation Anywhere etc., Knowledge of one or more Programming / scripting languages such as, C#, .NET, Python, PowerShell (ref:hirist.tech)
