About the Role :We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Ariba Senior Consultant to join our growing team. This is a full-time (or can be adjusted based on your needs) position where you will play a critical role in supporting our Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations using the SAP Ariba suite.As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for the downstream modules (Buying & Invoicing) and work closely with various stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize our Ariba solutions. You will also be a key resource for business process transformation, supplier onboarding, and ongoing Ariba support.Responsibilities :- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules.- Collaborate with Functional, Procurement, and IT teams to understand S2P requirements and translate them into effective Ariba solutions.- Support business users during Ariba adoption, including supplier and process migration.- Develop and test Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) for new Ariba functionalities.- Create and present technical designs with data analysis to stakeholders, seeking feedback to refine solutions.- Manage and troubleshoot supplier integration issues.- Manage and optimize Ariba catalogs, including Punchout and CIF catalogs.- Enable procurement from supplier-hosted catalogs.- Provide comprehensive support to suppliers throughout the catalog setup, testing, and troubleshooting process.- Conduct catalog enablement training for identified suppliers.- Guide suppliers in the creation of buyer-requested catalog projects.- (Optional) Leverage experience in Accounts Payable, GL Accounting, and Tax to contribute to broader financial process optimization.- Manage service requests and incident tickets with Ariba support teams.Qualifications :- 8+ years of experience working with SAP Ariba, particularly in the Buying and Invoicing modules.- In-depth understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process within Ariba.- Proven experience with Ariba integrations using cXML, Proxies, IDOCs, Webservices, CIG, and CPI.- Proficiency in calling Ariba APIs using CPI/middleware for reporting purposes.- Extensive experience with supplier integration and troubleshooting related issues.- Expertise in catalog administration, including setting up Ariba Punchout and CIF catalogs.- Strong understanding of enabling procurement from supplier-hosted catalogs.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively bridge the gap between business and technical teams.- Ability to train and guide suppliers through the catalog setup process.- Experience creating service requests and incident tickets with Ariba and working directly with their support teams.- (Optional) Familiarity with Accounts Payable, GL Accounting, and Tax processes.
