Job Description :We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting and troubleshooting web-based applications, preferably on Java technology. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have a strong background in production support, including handling tickets and providing resolutions.Responsibilities :- Provide technical support for web-based applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues.- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.- Handle support tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on issue resolution and application status.- Document support processes and procedures for future reference.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in supporting and troubleshooting web-based applications, preferably on Java technology.- Strong knowledge of Java programming language and web technologies.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Experience in production support, including handling tickets and providing resolutions.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Experience with ticketing systems and support tools.- Knowledge of database systems, such as MySQL or Oracle, is a plus.Benefits :- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.- Dynamic and collaborative work environment (ref:hirist.tech)
