Overview : The Cloud Techno Functional Consultant plays a pivotal role in our organization, facilitating the seamless integration of cloud-based technology solutions with the functional requirements of our clients. They are responsible for leveraging their expertise to support and implement cloud technology solutions, ensuring they align with the business needs and objectives. This role is crucial in driving the successful adoption of cloud platforms and optimizing their functionality to enhance business operations.Key responsibilities :- Collaborate with clients to understand their functional requirements and translate them into effective cloud-based solutions. - Implement and configure cloud technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud to meet specific business needs. - Conduct functional analysis and develop strategies to optimize cloud solutions for improved performance and efficiency. - Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients and internal teams on cloud technology best practices. - Manage and oversee the implementation of cloud-based projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. - Offer support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve functional and technical issues related to cloud solutions. - Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials, to support the use of cloud technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions with existing systems. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud technologies and recommend innovative solutions to address business challenges. - Lead training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on the functionalities and benefits of cloud technologies. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in implementing and supporting cloud technologies, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. - Strong understanding of functional analysis and business process mapping. - Certifications in cloud platforms, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, is preferred. - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to ensure successful project delivery. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical and business requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Experience in conducting user training and creating documentation for technical solutions. - Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements. - Experience in software development and integration with cloud platforms is a plus. - Understanding of DevOps principles and practices is advantageous. - Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and quickly learn new tools and platforms. - Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality, customer-oriented solutions. - Strong analytical mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation.
