Job Description :- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM ORC Consultant with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team. - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM and extensive expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) solutions. - As an Oracle Fusion HCM ORC Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining ORC modules to support recruitment and talent acquisition processes.Responsibilities :- ORC Implementation : Lead the implementation of Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) modules including Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition. - Configure ORC modules to meet business requirements and streamline recruitment processes.- Configuration and Customization: Customize ORC data objects, workflows, and business processes to align with organizational recruiting practices. - Configure job requisitions, candidate profiles, and interview processes to optimize recruitment efficiency.- Integration with HCM : Design and develop integration solutions between ORC and Oracle Fusion HCM modules to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization. - Integrate ORC with Core HR, Performance Management, and Learning Management modules for comprehensive talent management.- Candidate Experience Enhancement: Enhance the candidate experience by designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for job applications, assessments, and onboarding processes. - Implement self-service portals and mobile applications to facilitate candidate engagement.- Reporting and Analytics : Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and hiring trends. - Utilize ORC reporting tools to track recruitment KPIs and performance indicators.- Data Migration and Conversion: Plan and execute data migration activities to transfer legacy recruitment data into ORC system. - Develop data conversion scripts and routines to transform and load data from external sources.- Testing and Deployment: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of ORC solutions. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy ORC changes in production environments.- Training and Support : Provide training and support to HR teams, recruiters, and hiring managers on ORC functionality, best practices, and system usage. - Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to ORC modules.Qualifications :- 3 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) modules.- Strong understanding of ORC modules including Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition.- Extensive experience in configuring and customizing ORC modules to meet business requirements.- Proficiency in integrating ORC with Oracle Fusion HCM modules and external systems.- Hands-on experience in data migration, conversion, and reporting for recruitment processes.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field.
