Full Time EmployeeLoc : HyderabadExperience : 8 -20 YearsWork from officeRole : Pega AdministratorJob Description :Responsibilities : - Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain Pega environments including application servers, web servers, and databases.- System Monitoring: Monitor system health, performance, and capacity to ensure high availability and optimal performance.- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications, infrastructure, and integrations.- Patch Management: Apply patches, updates, and hotfixes to Pega platform and associated components.- Security: Implement and maintain security policies, access controls, and compliance requirements.- Backup and Recovery: Develop and execute backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical Pega data and configurations.- Performance Tuning: Optimize system performance through configuration tuning, resource allocation, and load balancing.- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation including installation guides, configuration documents, and standard operating procedures.- Collaboration : Work closely with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to support Pega application development and deployment.- Training and Support : Provide training and support to users, administrators, and developers on Pega platform features, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
