Job Description :As a Data Engineer, Candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure. The ideal candidate Should have 2-3 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong foundation in Apache Hadoop,Apache Spark, Scala/Java, and expertise in NoSQL databases such as HBase/Couchbase etc.Mandatory Skills Requirements :Strong programming skills in Scala for developing Spark applicationsIn-depth experience working with NoSQL databases, specifically HBase and Couchbase.Ability to design, optimize, and manage NoSQL databases for performance and scalabilityStrong understanding of data modeling principles and the ability to design efficient and scalable data modelsHands-on experience in designing and implementing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for data cleaning and transformationProven ability to write efficient, optimized, and maintainable code for data processing tasksPreferred Skills Requirements :Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field Hadoop Cluster AdministrationExperience with other big data technologies such as Apache Kafka for real-time data processingKnowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like KubernetesFamiliarity with version control systems, particularly Git.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudUnderstanding of database administration principles, especially for distributed databases like HBase (ref:hirist.tech)
