Team Attitude:- Curiosity to learn- Ability to solve problems- Humility to listen- Courage to speak, elaborate & explain- Compassion to understand & teachTeam's Goals:- Build the right thing- Build the thing right- Build it fast- Build it togetherWhy Ganit's Product Team?- Ganit is fast growing data science, analytics, AI/ML company delivering cutting edge solutions to maximise decision velocity & minimize decision risk for those enterprise ambitious enough to make data their voice- To enable Data Science, Analytics & AI/ML on data& business processes require packaging them as Software as a Service with easy to use Interface & automated complex business rules and logics for organisations.- Being a fast growing team, you get the chance to build end to end products/applications/features for Fortune 500 companies and learn the required skills to design, build & develop B2B SaaS Applications.As the team is growing, we've recently integrated the SCRUM methodology in our development workflow.- Together the team decides on the problems they will tackle & deliver every week.- Member is free to choose their daily tasks and is expected to complete their weekly goals.- Every Morning we have a SCRUM to discuss updates and identify bottle-necks.Then, relevant team members will connect to remove those bottlenecks - task which is not being solved due to incomplete information, difficulty in understanding etc.- We believe as long as one puts an honest effort in understanding the problems, requirements & tech stack, their is nothing anyone can't do in sufficient timelines.- Design & develop end to end applications (Web + App + DB architecture) & features (incremental updates in existing products based on tech stack)- Understanding client requirements & building Business & Functional Requirement Documents- Communicate with clients to present the design, provide updates and resolve confusions in business logic & requirements understandings.- Design & build the best solutions for the requirements using TDD & SOLID principles- Maintain existing applications, code version control system (GIT) & drive better coding standardsQualifications:- Has relevant experience in the tech stack or demonstrates willingness to learn quickly (3 months)- Frontend framework - React JS (Preferred) / Angular JS / Next JS- Backend Framework - Django Rest Framework (Preferred) / Flask / Express JS / Node JS- Database - SQL + NoSQL- GIT- OOPs Concepts - Data Abstraction, Inheritance, Polymorphism & Encapsulation- Data Structures - Array, Binary Tree, Graph, Linked Lists, Binary Search Tree, Matrix, Stack, Queue, Hashing- Algorithms - Bubble Sort, Binary Search, Dijkstra's Algorithm- Test Driven Deployment - Can write unit & integration tests for frameworks.- SOLID Principles - Can write good code in any framework which leads to minimal technical debt, less refactoring & code does not break.- Can Deploy a Web + App + DB application on cloud infrastructure:- Using Docker Containers- Directly by installing dependencies manually- Can integrate and use cloud services like - Cloud DBs (Cosmos, RDS, Aurora etc. ), Use- Cloud Native Services in Developments like S3, AWS Parameter Store etc. (ref:hirist.tech)
