Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka, IndiaResponsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP applications using ABAP within the S4 HANA environment.- Utilize advanced HANA Database, HANA Studio, and HANA Modeling skills to optimize data processing and modeling capabilities.- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.- Independently handle minor and major development tasks, delivering high-quality results within established timelines.- Continuously evaluate and enhance existing SAP applications, proactively identifying areas for improvement.- Stay abreast of emerging SAP technologies and industry trends, driving innovation and excellence in SAP development practices.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP ABAP Developer, with a focus on S4 HANA.- Proven track record of successful SAP project implementations, demonstrating strong programming skills in the ABAP workbench environment.- Extensive expertise in HANA Database, HANA Studio, and HANA Modeling, with a deep understanding of SAP architecture and integration.- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP modules such as MDG, VIM, and AO, coupled with a solid understanding of S4 HANA Central Finance modules.- Strong business acumen and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing complex technical challenges.- Experience with OData services development and integration in SAP environments.- Flexibility to work independently or collaboratively in a remote or onsite environment.- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
