About the job:Position- Oracle HCM Fusion Functional ConsultantExperience- 5-7 yearsJob Type- PermanentJob Mode- RemoteNotice- Immediate, The Project starts by the 3rd week of May 2024.HCM :- 5+ years of Oracle HCM Fusion experience in functional roles that may include on-premise and Cloud.- 5 years of experience in ORC and Learning Management.- Should have in addition experience of at least 2 other modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, HR Helpdesk, Talent Mgmt, Learning etc.- Candidate having Payroll experience who can handle all payroll activities especially in UK legislations.- Candidate having experience in fast formulas e.g., Candidate who can create Absence/Payroll fast formulas and debug issues in existing formulas.- Candidate having knowledge in Talent management - Goals/performance management and also having experience in Talent Reviews- Candidate who can debug BI/OTBI Report issues and can develop BI/OTBI Reports- Candidate who can work on HDL Updates- Candidate who has experience in Benefits and Workforce Compensation- Respond to all functional and configuration related questions pertaining to Oracle Recruiting Cloud and other modules.- Troubleshoot and track issues; assist users with problem resolution- Assess the impact of product upgrades and patches delivered by Oracle- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design (ref:hirist.tech)
