Position Overview :We are seeking a talented and visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to join our founding team. As a critical member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of Personal Nutrition. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually captivating user interfaces that embody our brand's ethos and effectively communicate our unique approach to nutrition. Additionally, you will be instrumental in optimizing the user experience, ensuring that our platform remains user-friendly and responsive to evolving user needs.Key Responsibilities :1. UI Design: Develop visually stunning and cohesive user interfaces for our web and mobile platforms that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.2. Customer Insights: Speak to real customers and gather insights on ground to inform the design process and develop an empathy for the user.3. UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and iterate on product features and interactions.4. Brand Alignment: Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes across all digital touchpoints to reinforce our brand identity and enhance brand recognition.5. Iterative Design: Continuously gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and refine the user interface and experience iteratively.6. Experimentation: Ideate experimental solutions based on user challenges, industry benchmarks and business requirements. 7. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. This will be a core part of your performance reviews.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
