Responsibilities :Work with the client to design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes in support of a global ServiceNow landscape spanning numerous instances.Service Portal design, often in support of custom applicationsHands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email InboundKnowledge of Custom apps/ App Engine.Provide support of custom applications development and migrationVery good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation.Implement ServiceNow in Domain separated instance.Prior experience in leading technical governance boards and solution reviewsAbility to design end-to-end solutions to customer requirements.Support Virtual Agent configuration and development.Experience in ServiceNow Mobile app developmentWorked on CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM modules.Advanced knowledge of CSDM & CMDBExpert in working on Performance AnalyticsKnowledge of integration Hub required.Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best PracticesDevelop methodologies for consistent development, improvement, and deployment of designed solutions.Active CSA + 2 Mainline certificationsExperience :8+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow required.3+ years' experience with Java Script required.ServiceNow System Administrator certification required.At least 2 years in assessment, building & designing custom applications on ServiceNow.At least 2 of the below required:CIS - ITSM certification preferred.CIS - CSM certification preferred.Certified Application Developer (ServiceNow) preferred.CIS - Risk and Compliance certification preferred.Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes such as Incident, Problem, Change and Request Fulfillment.ITIL Foundations certification preferred.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory.Experience with HTML codingKnowledge of Jelly script strongly preferred.Excellent collaboration skills including analysis, brainstorming, communication, teamwork.Ability and willingness to lead.Self-starter and innovator.
