Business Analyst Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Process Improvement Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in optimizing our website development and digital marketing workflows. Location: Hyderabad (This is a Work From Office Role) and the candidate has to be based out of Hyderabad Responsibilities Collaborate with various teams to document current workflows (AS-IS). Develop clear and concise AS-IS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for workflows and pictorially present it. Lead brainstorming sessions with teams to identify opportunities for process improvement. Identify bottlenecks, pain points, and opportunities for improvement within existing workflows. Present findings and proposed improvements (TO-BE) to leadership. Design and document new, optimized workflows. Partner with the engineering team to implement the new process. Work collaboratively with operations teams to ensure successful implementation of the new processes. Conduct regular process audits to monitor adherence to the SOPs and identify areas for further improvement. Continuously monitor industry best practices and recommend updates to the SOPs as needed. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of overall experience and minimum 3 years in process improvement or a related field. Proven ability to document processes clearly and concisely. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in tools like JIRA, VISIO, MIRO, Draw.io, Lucid Charts, documents like sheet, docs, slides etc. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with team members across departments. Strong understanding of project management principles. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma and/or Kanban or equivalent. Added advantage: Knowledge of website development and/or digital marketing workflows. Knowledge of process automation tools and methodologies using Python, Node JS, PHP etc. Data analysis skills and experience with data visualization tools. Additional Skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
