Description:
About the Role:- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our IT Infrastructure team.- This is an immediate opening, and we are seeking a candidate who can start within 30 days.- In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and on time.Responsibilities:- Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, following a defined project management methodology (e.g., PMP).- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.- Manage project scope, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure project deliverables meet all requirements.- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring successful collaboration and timely project execution.- Monitor project progress, identify and address issues proactively, and implement corrective actions as needed.- Track project budget and resource utilization, ensuring efficient use of resources.- Prepare and deliver project status reports to keep stakeholders informed.- Document project processes and lessons learned for continuous improvement.- Participate in project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is mandatory.- 3-8 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within IT infrastructure.- Strong organizational and planning skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.- Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring successful collaborations.- Prior experience with IT infrastructure projects, including switches, servers, storage, and network solutions (a plus).- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.- Solid business acumen and understanding of project financials.- Strong risk management and issue resolution skills.
