Job Description :- 3 to 5 years of experience developing flutter mobile apps.- Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language.- Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices.- Communicating with product and engineering leads to implement business and project objectives.- Develop and maintain custom widgets based on attributes provided via JSON- Code review of team members' commits as part of CI/CD cycle.- Participate in testing, quality assurance and bug fixes as part of the CI/CD cycle.- Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors and app architecture.- Strong communication and consultative skills. Self-initiated and proactive.- Strong logical reasoning and code debugging skills.- Experience with building apps and software for insurance domain is a bonus.- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or software development is mandatory.Technical Skills :- Dart- Flutter- iOS- Android- Git- JSON- Understanding of project management tools (such as JIRA).- Knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.- Nice to have : Firebase, Performance profiling, experience with encryption- Understand and implement new technologies- Project execution and Implementation as per quality management process.Soft Skills :- Good communication and teamwork skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Willingness to learn and implement new technologies.
