Description:
Technical Skills :- Must have competent programming skills in C#, ASP.net and Web APIs- Should have knowledge about SQL Servers and Linq queries. Should be able to understand and write database queries. - Conduct code changes and unit testing for simple to medium system modules. Understand the business requirements and relate them to the technical specifications Prepare design and program specifications for simple to minor requirements- Should have knowledge about controllers and Ado.net- Knowledge about entity framework is a good to have- Should have good knack for analysing bugs and identifying issues in code which may be front end related (React Js) or backend related (SQL/PL-SQL/Azure Databricks)- MUST have knowledge for PL-SQL & Azure Databricks- Provide quick fixes to production issues in a time bound manner- Keeping the clients informed about the progress and updates on ongoing issues and leading the L1 support team- With foundational knowledge on Systems Development Life Cycles and deliverables- Good to have - Power BI and Power Apps development skills Non-Technical Skills :- Collaborate with the Web application Support team to implement fixes and enhancements to existing processes.- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and address any issues or concerns.- Investigate and troubleshoot any issues or errors encountered during the complete process execution- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for .Net based web application solutions deployed within the organization.- Monitor Azure Databricks pipelines to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.- Willingness to work in shifts.- Experience in providing technical support for enterprise applications or systems.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Handle ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system for logging, tracking, and resolving issues- Should be able to understand the change management model- Should be able to track the SLAs and KPIs- Should be able to guide and mentor the team as a technical lead- Preferred With background in FMCG or Retail industriesQualifications :- College/University Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics- 5 to 7 years minimum experience working on .Net (C#/VB), VB6 programming analysis, including MS-SQL and Azure DatabricksSoft Skills :- Decisiveness (Average)- Communication (Competent)- Client Service Orientation (Competent)- Tolerance for Stress (Competent)- Fast Cycle (Average)- Work Standards/Quality Orientation (Competent)Mandatory Skill Set : - .Net DeveloperPreferred Skill Set : - Experience working in Support and Maintenance projects, willingness to work in shiftsYear of experience required : 5-7 YearsQualifications : BE/Btech/Post graduation (ref:hirist.tech)
