We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lead UX/UI designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling the user base of B2C apps and platforms, with a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market.Responsibilities :User Research : - Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences. Gather insights to inform the design process and create user-centered solutions. Wireframing and Prototyping : - Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively. - Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing.UI Design : - Develop visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Apply best practices in UI design, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.UX Design : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user journeys, information architecture, and interaction patterns. - Ensure seamless and intuitive user experiences throughout the application. Design System Development : - Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system, including UI components, patterns, and guidelines. - Ensure design consistency across platforms and promote efficient design workflows.Collaboration and Communication : - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. - Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale. Usability Testing : - Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement. - Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs accordingly. Industry and Design Trends : - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices. - Bring innovative ideas and approaches to enhance the user experience.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a focus on web and app design.- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and demonstrating experience in creating user-centred interfaces for web and mobile applications.- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.- Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices for designing across multiple devices and screen sizes.- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.- Experience with usability testing methodologies and tools.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
