About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Solution Architect or Manager of Technology to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will play a key part in driving the technical vision and strategy for our organization. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of technology and architecture to design, implement, and manage complex solutions that meet our business needs.Responsibilities :- Lead the design and development of innovative and scalable technical solutions- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in various technologies and recommend their application within the organization- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for different project requirements- Oversee the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards- Manage and mentor a team of technical professionals (if applicable)- Foster a collaborative environment where innovation and knowledge sharing are encouraged- Develop and maintain technical documentation for future reference- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiencesQualifications :- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a technical architect or related leadership role- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex technical solutions- In-depth understanding of various technologies across different domains (e.g. , cloud computing, software development, data management, security)- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively- Prior experience managing a team of technical professionals (a plus)Architecture & Design : - Expertise in designing and implementing complex technical architectures across different domains (cloud computing, software development, data management, security etc.).Technology Expertise : In-depth knowledge of various technologies relevant to the organization's needs, including :- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)- Programming languages and frameworks- Databases (relational, NoSQL)- Networking and security concepts- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools- Integration tools (APIs, microservices)Solution Evaluation & Selection : - Ability to evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools based on project requirements, scalability, performance, and cost considerations.Technical Problem Solving : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify technical challenges, design solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues.
