Position : VMware AdministrationExperience : 5+ yrsWork Mode : RemoteContract : 6 month to 1 yearLooking for immediate joinersJob Description : - 5+ years of VMware administration in assessment, design, implementation, capacity planning, and maintenance- Current VMware Certified Professional (VCP) a plus- Current VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX) highly desirable- Good understanding of networking and storage technologies e.g. NSX-T, SAN, vSAN, NFS, SMB- Working knowledge with REST API, JSON and/or YAML- Strong communication skills- Ability to share knowledge and mentor team members- Actively participate in the Deployment and Configuration of vSphere (vCenter and ESXi) and planning, design, and implementation of VCF - vSphere across six sites i.e., Post Las Vegas Deployment (Amsterdam, Bangalore, Ashburn, Singapore, Tokyo, Shanghai). - Drive projects alongside Broadcom SMEs to solve complex problems for Broadcom VCF Deployment project.- Maintain Understanding of VMware products including vSphere, vCenter, NSX, vROps, vRA, and Horizon View- Expert skills in vSphere with large implementation experience - vROps solution integration experience - Experience virtualizing multiple operating systems, developing technical and end user documentation, and addressing security-related concerns- Contribute in planning, design, and implementation of VCF across target sites.- Developing, maintaining, and supporting networks in NSX-T- Providing security and network support for physical networking and firewall services.- Demonstrate understanding of Domain-level of Cloud Infrastructure & Networking (Data Center Design, Network Architecture, Network Design, System Architecture Virtualization, Systems Management, Security) (ref:hirist.tech)
