Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Appian Lead Developer with a minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold an Appian Associate Developer/L1 certification and possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in Appian development.Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement Appian applications to meet business requirements.- Lead and mentor junior developers in the team.- Design process models and implement Appian solutions based on best practices.- Utilize Appian concepts such as activities, events, gateways, smart services, and integration services.- Demonstrate expertise in Sail Components and Appian Functions.- Manage groups, users, and access controls within the Appian environment.- Develop records with filters and multiple views.- Create process reports and tempo reports as per business requirements.- Design and develop sites with multiple types of pages to enhance user experience.- Implement integrations and custom plugin creations as needed.- Perform basic database operations including select queries, CRUD operations, view creation, and stored procedures.Requirements:- Appian Certification (L1 & L2) is mandatory.- Minimum of 4-5 years of Appian development experience.- Strong understanding of process modeling concepts.- Proficiency in Appian components such as Sail Components and Functions.- Experience in managing groups, users, and access controls.- Knowledge of records creation with filters and multiple views.- Familiarity with process reports, tempo reports, and site creation.- Experience in integration and custom plugin creation is preferred.- Basic database knowledge including select queries, CRUD operations, view creation, and stored procedures.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Appian Senior Developer/L2 certification is preferred.- Early joiners are preferred.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
