Job Description :Utilize experience in implementing Salesforce applications, including Financial Services Cloud (FSC), to meet business requirements and objectives.Integrate Salesforce with other banking systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability.Manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for multiple applications, ensuring efficient and automated deployment processes.Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and languages, including Apex, Apex Test Framework, Apex Trigger frameworks, Batch, Queueable and Future methods.Experience with JavaScript for client-side customization.Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for integrating Salesforce with external systems.Experience with Lightning Components, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for UI customization.Familiarity with Visualforce for custom UI development.Strong understanding of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) for data retrieval.Experience with Service Cloud features including Service Cloud Console, Email to Case, and Omni-Channel for customer support.Knowledge of Salesforce Knowledge for managing knowledge base articles.Understanding of Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD) and Sharing Rules for data access management.
