About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping our clients optimize their warehouse operations by implementing and configuring Oracle WMS (Logfire) solutions. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of WMS functionalities and experience with project lifecycles to ensure successful project delivery.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific warehouse management needs and challenges- Design and configure Oracle WMS solutions to meet client requirements- Manage and execute Oracle WMS implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live- Integrate Oracle WMS with other enterprise applications (ERP etc.) as needed- Provide ongoing support and training to clients on their new WMS system- Document processes and configurations for future referenceQualifications :- 2-6 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 2 years of Consulting, Solutioning, or Implementation experience in Oracle WMS (Logfire)- Experience in the logistics (warehousing) domain is a plus- Proven experience in implementing SaaS application modules- Minimum of 1 full life cycle implementation experience of an Oracle WMS project- Strong understanding of WMS functionalities across various modules (inventory management, receiving, picking, putaway, shipping etc.)- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills- Ability to analyze business needs, design solutions, and configure applications- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget- Experience working with clients to understand their requirements and develop effective solutions (ref:hirist.tech)
