About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP ABAP Developer with expertise in HANA to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you will play a critical part in developing and maintaining core business applications within our SAP landscape. If you are a seasoned ABAP developer eager to contribute to impactful projects immediately, this is the opportunity for you!Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, and implement complex ABAP programs and functionalities on the SAP HANA platform- Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to understand user requirements- Utilize CDS views and other HANA native features to optimize application performance- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices- Troubleshoot and resolve ABAP related issues efficiently- Participate in system maintenance activities using tools like RICEF (Repository Object Settings, Transports, Development Classes, Enhancements and Forms)- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ABAP and HANA technologiesQualifications :- 7+ years of experience in the IT industry- 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining SAP ABAP applications- Proven expertise in working with SAP HANA database platform- In-depth knowledge of CDS views, ABAP on HANA (AoH), and other relevant ABAP technologies- Experience with RICEF methodology for SAP development and change management- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for continuous learning (ref:hirist.tech)
