Responsibilities: 1. Reviewing project plans, specifications, and work schedules to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.2. Coordinating and supervising the work of site engineer trainees, ensuring that all work is carried out to the required standard and in accordance with project plans and specifications.3. Assisting with the planning and scheduling of work, setting goals and targets, and monitoring progress to ensure that project milestones are achieved.4. Preparing and maintaining project documentation, such as progress reports, site diaries, and quality control reports.5. Identifying and addressing any issues or delays that arise during the construction process, working collaboratively with other professionals, such as architects, contractors, and project managers.6. Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.7. Managing project resources, such as materials, labor, and equipment, to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.8. Participating in project meetings and providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.9. Identifying and recommending improvements to work processes, procedures, and quality standards.10. Mentoring and guiding site engineer trainees, sharing knowledge and expertise, and providing feedback on their performance.11. Ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard, in line with client expectations
