Appraisal /Valuation Analyst ( Jr - Manager ) - [ US Markets Preferably Real estate] - URGENT !!! EXP : 1 - 12 Yrs SALARY : 12 - 16 LPA MAX -Depends on Skill sets Location : Coimbatore - ONSITE from DAY 1 Responsibilities: Utilizing valuation models and conducting highest and best use analysis. Analyzing financial statements and market research studies. Preparing comprehensive appraisal reports. Providing valuation services and creating reports for residential real estate assets. Ensuring high-quality work products are delivered to clients. Job Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance (B.Com / M.Com / C.A. (PEII) / MBA (Finance)). 1-12 years of experience in Residential real estate, preferably in US markets. Familiarity with industry databases/tools such as Win Total, Ala mode, Argus, CoStar, REIS, RCA, etc. is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills.
