Position Overview : - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AEM Developer to join our dynamic team.- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in AEM development, with deep expertise in AEM 6. 3 and above versions.- As a Senior AEM Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality digital experiences for our clients, utilizing AEM building blocks and advanced development techniques.Responsibilities : AEM Development Expertise : - Demonstrate solid experience with AEM building blocks, including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, pages, content fragments, experience fragments, and GraphQL.- Utilize proficient knowledge of AEM development best practices to architect scalable and maintainable solutions.- Stay updated on the latest AEM features and enhancements, and proactively incorporate them into our development process.End-to-End Content Lifecycle Management : - Possess proficient knowledge of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing/deployment, and delivery processes within AEM.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline content workflows and optimize content management processes.Automation and Tooling : - Automate build/deployments and other repetitive tasks using RPA platforms like UIPath to enable automation of tasks and improve development efficiency.- Leverage AEM Developer tools such as Apache Felix/Sling, Jackrabbit, and CRXDE to enhance development workflows and productivity.Multi Site Manager (MSM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) : - Demonstrate familiarity with Multi Site Manager (MSM) functionality within AEM and its implementation best practices.- Possess knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) concepts and integrations with AEM for efficient asset management and delivery.Technical Skills : - Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to develop custom components and templates in AEM.- Solid understanding of AEM architecture, frameworks, and integration patterns.- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in AEM environments.Communication and Documentation : - Exhibit strong communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, stakeholder communications, and documentation of technical solutions.- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and present solutions effectively.Preferred Qualifications : - Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's- Adobe Experience Manager related certifications, demonstrating expertise in AEM development and administration.- Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.- Proven ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the AEM development team.
