Position Overview :- We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who can translate highl-level requirements into interaction flows and facts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.- The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools.- This position offers an exciting opportunity for a fresher to 2 years experienced individual to grow and develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.Responsibilities:User Research : - Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand user needs and pain points.Wireframing And Prototyping :- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and iterate design solutions.UI Design :- Design visually stunning user interfaces that effectively communicate the intended message and enhance user interaction.UX Design :- Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to ensure a seamless user experience.Interaction Design :- Define interaction models, animations, and transitions to create engaging and intuitive user experiences.Usability Testing :- Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.Collaboration :Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.Documentation :- Prepare design documentation including design specifications, style guides, and design assets for development handoff.Stay Updated :- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.- 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.- Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects and processes.Benefits :- 5 days a week (Mon-Fri full day, Sat half day).- 12 annual leaves, monthly advancement opportunities.- Management support and assistance provided.- Positive, supportive work culture with skilled staff.- Technical skill sessions, fun activities, celebrations.Desired Skills and Experience:- Ui/ux, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, User Interface Design, JQuery UI (ref:hirist.tech)
