Description:

Job Description :The Data Modeler would perform data analysis of various systems and business context for defining requirements for data use cases across the Risk portfolios.- This will involve facilitating workshops, liaising with external and internal technical teams, initiative squads, business stakeholders, other data modelers and architecture/design forums.- Create and optimize logical and physical data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy to support new and existing use cases.- Ensure that, the produced model is mature and matching the requirements with comprehensive data governance and management principles applied.- Producing and implementing data solution around NoSQL / Object storage environments and make the same cloud native.- Creating & maintaining Source to Target mapping documentations.- Support the technical team implementing the solution in most optimized way.To be successful in the role, candidate should have :- Proven expertise in defining, designing & building EDWs from scratch.- Experience in designing data in-flight API & Event based data sharing.- Strong Relational & Dimensional Modelling skills - Conceptual, Logical and Physical modelling with any industry standard tool.- Good experience working with RDBMS MPP systems as well as NoSQL environments like Object Storage, MongoDB, Hadoop / HIVE etc.- Good Data Profiling / Analysis experience.- Preferably having Financial Services Industry experience.- Excellent communication & articulation skills.
