As a Lead LLM (Machine Learning and Language Modeling) Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to the development of cutting-edge machine learning models and natural language processing systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy scalable solutions to address complex problems in various domains.Responsibilities : 1. Lead a team of LLM engineers and data scientists to develop innovative machine learning algorithms and models.2. Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and domain experts to understand requirements and define project goals.3. Design and implement machine learning pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.4. Conduct research and experimentation to improve model performance and scalability.5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and natural language processing techniques.6. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.7. Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.Requirements : 1. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.4. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and probabilistic models.5. Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.6. Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar frameworks is a plus.7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.8.
