We believe in prioritizing maintainability, simplicity, and the Open-Closed Principle for long-term value.We are seeking a passionate and experienced engineer to join our team and play a key role in building software with solid engineering foundations. You will be involved in all stages of the development process, from identifying business entities and defining their behaviors, to implementing clean and maintainable code using object-oriented programming principles.Responsibilities :Understand why we are building, what we are building and for whom we are building, before writing code.Write excellent code with sufficient automated code coverage. We like to beautiful and performant code.Deploy your changes to production and proactively monitor product to ensure value is delivered.Help your peers by reviewing their PRs and design documents.Help the company by recruiting amazing team members, like yourself.About you :You have shipped products to production using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript. Experience with Turbo framework is a plus.You can architect your solutions well using object oriented programming, open closed principal.You understand the importance of writing automated test coverage and don't ship code without them.You can quickly grasp the concept, business concepts and can work fairly independently with minimal handholding.You are good at communication and bring clarity to communication.B.Tech in CS/EE/ECE is a plus.Perks & Benefits :Work remotely, anywhere in the world!
