Familiarity with React is a plus.Lead and mentor the engineering team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and technical initiatives.Key Responsibilities :Lead and mentor the engineering team, providing technical guidance, support, and mentorship to foster professional growth and development.Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, technical requirements, and project timelines.Architect and design scalable, robust, and efficient solutions using Python, Django, MySQL, Postgres, and other relevant technologies.Oversee the implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to encourage continuous improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks to meet business needs.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, technical initiatives, and any potential risks or issues.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Strong technical background with expertise in Python, Django, MySQL, Postgres, and AWS services.Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management principles.Familiarity with React or other frontend frameworks is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
