Requirements : - Test Automation Framework Creation : - Over 8 years of experience in creating test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Browser Stack, and Lambda Test. - Agile Environment Experience : - Working experience in an Agile environment, including familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Automation Testing Tools and DevOps : - Proficiency in automation testing tools and understanding of DevOps principles, including solid knowledge of AWS/Azure CI/CD pipelines. CI/CD Environment Setup : - Expertise in setting up automation suites within CI/CD environments. Strategic Direction : - Ability to determine strategic direction for test automation initiatives. Programming and Technical Experience : - Strong programming skills, technical experience, and knowledge of tools and processes necessary for managing projects. Testing High-Traffic Applications : - Experience with testing large enterprise, high-traffic, and multi-tier applications using cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS). Interpersonal and Communication Skills : - Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
