Salary : 15-20 LPA Job Description :1. Manage, operate, and support the network and communications infrastructure.2. Proactive Monitoring and performing Release Management, Follow the Release Management Process (Plan, Test and Roll-out strategy) and deploy OS patches and Security Patches and Server Hardware patches.3. Support for the existing Active Directory (AD) & Active Directory Federation Services(ADFS) infrastructure across HIL.4. Support for existing VMware infrastructure. Performing all VMWare products Patches as per security advisory.5. Responsible for Existing VMware HCI administration.6. Responsible for Existing VMware Workspace One Administration.7. Reinstallation of OS, arising due to incidents of OS crashes or problems where a reinstallation is required in servers.8. Hardening of all Server Operating Systems.9. Responsible for maximum UP time for all the services & Servers running at Data Center.10. Responsible for existing Microsoft Exchange 2016 Mail server Administration.11. Support for on-premises & cloud based O365 mail server Administration.12. Support for Existing Cloud platform administration and responsible for security hardening.13. Support for installation of Cumulative updates, Security updates & Patch updates for Windows Servers.14. Support for installation of VMware Patch Updates Half yearly or based on criticality.15. Complete support for any kind of Issues, Patch management & version updates.16. Monthly Server/application Log/report download & Review.17. Responsible for Monitor Server Hardware performance & Coordinate with Server Hardware OEM for any server hardware maintenance.18. Provisioning & decommissioning of VM as per requirement.19. He should extend his support to go live all existing & future plan IT projects.20. L3 Support based on the criticality of the support required with prior intimation (ref:hirist.tech)
