Through seamless recruitment processes, we aim to be the indispensable right hand, facilitating the creation of high-caliber teams that surpass industry standards.Duties you'll be entrusted with:- Work closely with the hardware development team to configure proprietary architecture on a given ECU based on application need.- Decompose the application requirement into multiple functional blocks interfaced with each other.- Partitioning the functional requirement into implementation blocks, defining interfaces for each block, and analytically deriving priority of execution for each block.- Function development, i.e. implementation of each block, may be handled by a separate function development team who needs to be supported by the selected candidate.- Create low-level code packaged into S functions to improve CPU utilization or development of certain re-usable modules.- Support incorporation of specific S-functions into the Matlab - Simulink development environment used for function development.- Support basic validation and configure the build tool-chain before handover to the function development group.- Provide support for architecture and debug of vehicle level issues.- Aid root cause analysis of vehicle issues.- Create release software for ECU based on inputs from test & validation group and function development.- Collaborate closely with function development, and test and verification groups.Expectations from you :Basic Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering.Technical / Desired Skills :- Hardware/Software Integration- Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)- Firmware Development- System Testing and Validation- IT/Software skills required: Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), Version Control Systems (e.g., Git), Debugging Tools, Issue Tracking Software.Behavioral Competencies desired :- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.- In-depth knowledge of Embedded Integration technologies, electric vehicle architecture, and integration processes.- Required excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.- Effective decision making and Problem-solving skillsIndustry Preference :- Over 6 years of progressive experience in Embedded Integration technology development for electric vehicles.- Exposure to AutoSAR based design philosophy.- Experience in Functional testing on hardware.- Exposure to CMMI/ ASPICE practices.- Exposure to automotive data acquisition tools from vector, intrepid etc. (ref:hirist.tech)
