Job Description :We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer Lead to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on leading projects and teams to deliver high-quality solutions. As a ServiceNow Developer Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.Responsibilities :- Lead ServiceNow development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.- Design and implement custom ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, including configuration, scripting, and integrations.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog based on organizational needs.- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of ServiceNow applications and integrations.- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure successful deployment and operation of ServiceNow solutions.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on leading projects and teams.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.-Extensive experience with ServiceNow development tools such as Studio, ATF, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.- Experience in ServiceNow scripting (Client Script, Business Rule, Script Include, UI Policy, etc.) and integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) are preferred.
