You will be involved in a very wide range of activities including but not limited to design, installation, implementation, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, analysis, solutions recommendation, and configuration.Job Responsibilities (KPI/Metrics) :Configure, Develop & Customize :1. Design, Development, Testing and Implementation of new customization in D365 & NAVISION with writing code in C/AL programming2. Addressing support issues for all locations3. Configure the D365 Business Central system to meet client-specific needs by defining data structures, creating custom fields and tables, and setting up workflows and approval processes.4. Develop and customize business logic, reports, and interfaces using programming languages and tools such as C/AL (C/SIDE), AL (Extensions v2), and Visual Studio Code.5. Integrate D365 Business Central with other applications and systems as required.6. Make timely changes and additions in the ERP.7. Support business by creating flows and ease work flows in the ERP.Testing :1. Conduct thorough testing of customized functionalities, configurations, and integrations to ensure they meet the defined requirements and function correctly.2. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs that arise during testing.3. Test for errors and rectifying within TAT4. Supporting and Training users.Stakeholder Networking and Management :1. Provide technical guidance and support to end-users during the implementation and post-implementation phases. Train users on how to effectively use and navigate the D365 Business Central system.2. Prepare technical documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and user manuals, to support the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the D365 Business Central system.3. Stay updated with the latest releases, updates, and features of D365 Business Central. Assess the impact of system upgrades and recommend enhancements to improve system performance, scalability, and security.4. Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, coordination, and successful delivery of assignments.5. Provide timely updates on project progress, risks, and issues.6. Understanding of the business problem and resolving it in the ERP.7. Smooth functioning of the ERP8. Supporting business run smoothly on the ERPJob Specification :To be successful in this role you must be service oriented and self-motivated with being hands on in D365 and Navision.Desired Education and Experience :- 2 year's plus experience in Program/Project Management in Microsoft Navision.- Should have experience in writing basic Code for Navision for customizationTechnical Competencies & Skills :1. 2+ year's experience functional experience in implementing Microsoft Navision required.2. Functional knowledge of the finance, distribution, and production granules; Other areas of functionality such as CRM, Projects, MRP and WMS is a plus.3. Strong Technical Experience on Dynamic Nav4. Having good technical knowledge in D365 Business Central5. Strong Technical C/AL Language Skill6. MS SQL query writing7. SQL reports8. Basic Process Data Flow Understanding in NAV9. Knowledge of designing, testing, development inhouse for NavisionDesired Behavioral Competencies & Attributes :- Ability to understand user issues and manage the technical aspects, ability to recommend solutions.- Candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience as a techno functional consultant in Microsoft Navision technology consultant should only apply for this role- Candidates from Mumbai only should only apply for this position (As we do not provide Relocation)- Immediate Joiners preferredWork Location : Jogeshwari MumbaiCandidates who are available to join immediately will be preferred, this Job Profile is Work from Office 5 Days a week (ref:hirist.tech)
