As the Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in architecting and developing machine learning solutions that drive significant impact. Define and track security-specific metrics for model performance.NLP and LLM Proficiency : - Utilize NLP techniques, including production experience with BERT, GPT, or similar models, to derive insights from structured and unstructured text data.Solution Development : - Design and implement robust software systems for model integration, deployment, and maintenance in production environments.Deployment Strategy : - Collaborate with software engineering teams to develop deployment strategies for ML models in security systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.Model Scalability and Efficiency : - Develop models that can be deployed in various environments, understanding trade-offs between model complexity and performance.Documentation and Best Practices : - Establish standard processes for machine learning and security operations, maintaining clear documentation of models, data pipelines, and security procedures.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, machine learning, and AI, with a track record of successful project delivery.- Strong expertise in data architecture, ETL processes, and data warehousing.- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams with a portfolio of successful projects.- Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling, using Python or R and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.- Education in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.If you are excited about leading impactful AI projects and shaping the future of data-driven security solutions, apply now and join us in our mission to revolutionize the industry.
