Job Description :Director UI/UX Design :- You will focus on efforts to create a seamless, intuitive, creative, and effective user experience and customer experience across our Clients product portfolio.- You will be responsible for leading the design of innovative and functional end-to-end experiences and interfaces for a wide variety of customers, aligning company goals and mission with its external facing brand.- You will focus not only on the design of the designs, web and graphic designs, products and features, but the entire end-to-end customer experience of the products in their area.- This position will support a team of User Experience and Visual designers that will hold the responsibility for visioning and executing a user experience aimed to differentiate and give a competitive advantage in the industry.- You will work closely with the team to define and align product vision and roadmaps with Product Management, will execute on guidance and vision provided by you, Be accountable for all phases of the strategy, design and completion of all initiatives across the Co's product portfolio, evangelizing ideas and spearheading initiatives cross-functionally, as appropriate.- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UX/UI design strategy for Vital Hint.- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.- Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.- Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.- Collaborate with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the Web3 digital user.- Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour.- Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.Qualification And Experience :- The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years design management experience & a strong exposure to, enterprise software vendor services, specifically focused on business intelligence, analytics and mobility offerings.-Familiarity with managing other designers in an agile environment.- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.- A team player who does well working independently.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.- Experience in and/or passion for Blockchain/NFTs/metaverses is preferred.- You will be a strong player / coach, mentoring designers on their teams while also directly contributing to the product design.Annual Salary $80,000 - $175,000Remote Positions Available (ref:hirist.tech)
