You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a vital role in driving the design strategy to deliver user-centric digital solutions.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and industry trends in the Insurtech sector.- Develop UX and UI design strategies and roadmaps that prioritize seamless and user-centric digital experiences aligned with objectives.- Conduct user research, testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.- Transform complex insurance concepts into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.- Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, considering technical constraints and platform requirements.- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging design trends, and relevant technologies in the Insurtech and digital insurance landscape.- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain design systems, pattern libraries, and style guides to promote consistency and streamline design workflows.
