Job Description :Responsibilities : - Develop user-facing app using React.js and other modern front-end technologies - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code - Have a deep understanding of current web development tools and techniques - Work with some of the best designers to bring your work to lifeMust have skills :Component Development : - Design and implement reusable and efficient React components for use across multiple projects - Ensure the scalability, performance, and responsiveness of front-end applicationsState Management : - Implement state management solutions such as Redux or Context API to manage application state effectively - Optimize state management for performance and maintainabilityAPI Integration : - Integrate front-end applications with back-end APIs to enable seamless data exchange - Ensure proper error handling and data validation in API interactionsCode Quality and Testing : - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards - Conduct unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliabilityCollaboration and Communication : - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers - Communicate effectively to gather requirements, provide updates, and address technical challengesRequirements :Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Experience : - Proven experience as a Front End Engineer or similar role, with a focus on React.js development - Experience working on complex web applications and single-page applications (SPAs)Technical Skills : - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3 - Strong understanding of React.js and its core principles - Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and workflows such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn - Version management, GIT - SQL and No-SQL based deploymentsUI/UX Design : - Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers - Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility - Problem Solving and Analytical Skills - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical challenges - Proactive attitude towards identifying and addressing technical issues (ref:hirist.tech)
